WARNING:
-
For protection against fire hazards, replace
all fuses with new fuses of the exact same type and rating.
Fuses are located under the back cover on the back of the Horizontal
Arm.
To replace a fuse, remove the back cover by removing the four Phillips
screws and sliding the cover back. Use a small slotted screwdriver to remove
the grey fuse holders. Push in, turn counter-clockwise 45° and remove.
To insert a new fuse, put a new fuse in the fuse holder, slide the fuse
holder into the panel, and gently rotate counter-clockwise until it seats
in further. Use a small slotted screwdriver to push it in, turning clockwise
until it stops.

CAUTION:
-
The voltage selector switch is pre-adjusted
at the factory and should never need re-adjustment. Under no circumstances
should the selector switch be set to a voltage lower than the incoming
line voltage as measured at the receptacle that the microscope is plugged
into.
Before making any adjustments to the selector switch, contact Medlink USA's Service Department.
Failure to do so could cause serious and costly damage to the unit. |
